Bulk bag & mini bag deliveries are offloaded by a pallet pump truck with tail lift offload.
**Please note that 48hr delivery applies to all orders placed before 11am. Please allow an extra day for any order placed after 11am**
Please check before ordering the dimensions of bagged, palletised goods and of the vehicles transporting them, as we cannot be held liable for non-delivery related to access or safety implications. If in doubt, measure up.
Should you request that the delivery vehicle leaves the public highway to make the delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure that the access is suitable for a heavy vehicle. Neither the company nor the carrier can be held responsible or liable for any damages to property during delivery arising because of unsuitable access.
Goods will be delivered via one of the following methods, and the delivery charge will vary according to postcode.
It is imperative that your delivery address will allow loads to be delivered to a flat and solid surface. You will also need to ensure there is appropriate access space for the delivery vehicle itself (see below).
All product weights are provided as a guide only. Actual weights may vary by up to 5%.
Should you be unsure with reference to product size or colour, please order a sample first.
We require someone to be present at your location when the delivery is made in order to sign for the goods and confirm there are no defects or items missing. Should any defects be found afterwards, this must be reported to us within 24 hours of your delivery accompanied by photographic evidence.
Once you sign for the order confirming it has no defects, our bulk bags become non-returnable.

Returning goods to the company:

If you wish to cancel the contract with the company within the seven day cooling-off period as detailed in our terms and conditions paragraph 4.1, the company will process the refund due to you as soon as possible upon return of the goods to the company. In this case, the company will refund the price of the goods in full, subject to the following:
(i) you will be responsible for the haulage costs for delivering the product to you.
(ii) you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the company.
For any other reason, the company will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. The Company will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day the company confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. goods returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and any reasonable costs incurred by you in returning the item to the Company.
